Ordering FAQ June 25, 2009

1. How do I order?
Email your order to TheFelShop@hotmail.com
An acknowledgement email will be sent within 3 working days.

 

2. How do I make payment?

    – By bank transfer to either UOB or POSB
    – C.O.D can be arranged if self collect

For postage, full payment must be made before the item is sent.

For pre-order item, order is confirmed when full payment is made.

 

3. I don’t stay in Singapore. How can I order?

Overseas order can be arranged. Please email TheFelShop@hotmail.com for more information.

 

4. Does the price include postage or delivery?
No, the price excludes postage and delivery unless stated otherwise. For items which include free normal postage, we encourage shoppers to top-up $3.50 for registered mail. TheFelShop is not responsible for loss of mail.

 

5. What are the charges for the postage or delivery?

Free:

    – Self collect at City Hall or Tampines MRT station only.
    – For purchase more than $80 (to one address only).

Postage rates (Normal or Registered post):

    – $1 for normal postage.
    – Additional $3.50 for Registered Mail.
    – Postage only applicable for small items.

$10 per location:

    – For bigger item that needs to be delivered.

 

6. Do I need to pay a deposit for delivery or self-collection?

A 50% deposit (of the selling price) for ready stock is only required if another buyer is interested in the item reserved for you.

For pre-order item, full payment must be made.

 

7. What is your exchange and return policy?

Items sold are not refundable and exchangeable.

However, in the event the item is not available, full refund of the amount paid will be made.

 

8. What happen if the item I received is damaged?

For postage:

TheFelShop is not responsible for lost or damage of item. TheFelShop ensures item is in good condition before postage and will take necessary precaution to reduce possibility of damage.

Buyers are strongly encourage to opt for Registered Mail to minimise risk of loss.

TheFelShop has the rights not to replace a damage item due to postage. However, in the event of item received is damnaged, do drop us an email within 3 working days (from date of postage). We do assess on a case by case basis.

For Self Collection & Delivery:

Buyers are advised to check their purchase(s) during collection. Strictly no exchange or refund of purchase(s) after transaction(s). The Fel Shop is not responsible for any defects after transaction(s)
